[Intro]
C G C G

[Verse 1]
C F C
Amazing grace how sweet the sound
C G
That saved a wretch like me
C F C
I once was lost, but now I’m found
C G C
Was blind but now I see

[Verse 2]
C F C
’Twas grace that taught my heart to fear,
C G
And grace my fears relieved;
C F C
How precious did that grace appear,
C G C
The hour I first believed!

[Chorus]
F C
My chains are gone, I’ve been set free.
F C
My God, My Saviour has ransomed me.
F C/E
And like a flood his mercy reigns.
Dm G C
Un-ending love, amazing grace

[Verse 3]
C F C
The Lord has promised good to me,
C G
His word my hope secures;
C F C
He will my shield and portion be,
G C
As long as life endures.

[Verse 4]
C F C
The earth shall soon dissolve like snow,
C G
The sun forbear to shine;
C F C
But God, who called me here below,
C G C F C
Will be forever mine.
C G C F C
(Will be forever mine)
C G C
(You are forever mine)

  1. Hi Nina, it’s been a while since I last wrote you. This is a beautiful song and I appreciate all the time you take doing your tutorial. The above chord sheet has the chords bundled in one area. Is there a way you can provide downloadable chord sheets? It would certainly be easier for your viewers to print the sheets, then use it to play along with your video. Thank you, Miriam

    1. Hi Miriam, that’s a really good suggestion. That’s what I wanted to do from the very beginning, but there are a lot of copyright issues with downloadable pdf’s that I didn’t wanna deal with at that moment. Maybe I can do some more research on that and see if I can make it a possibility. Thanks for your input!

  2. Your teaching style is very compassionate and inspirational. I’m a formerly flute player who have been on a much extended vacation from playing. However, now I would like give attention to a passion for worship I’ve always had, and to include the piano. I want to improve my piano playing mostly for worship at home and classroom book studies, and my children (grades 1 – 5) story telling and teaching ministry. I believe there’s a lot to be learned from your teaching ministry. Thanks and blessings….Jerry

    1. Hi Jerry, that’s awesome!! When you mentioned your children, my heart became so happy. My dad always sang and played the guitar and impacted me more than he will ever know. Thanks for sharing!

  3. Hi Nina,
    This is an amazing song. Even though I’ve heard it a few times, this time I heard something different. The part that says un-ending love jumped out at me this time. There aren’t enough words to express God’s Love. Thanks for doing this tutorial.
