Thanks Nina. You’re always a blessing. I usually feel that way. I’m always trying to understand why, but what you said is true. I may not be the best in the room, but I can try to help others by becoming less. Not trying to outshine, but by humbling myself. I just feel like a weight has being lifted from my shoulders. Now I totally feel much better. God bless you and you’re family. Have a blessed year.
Wow, I LOVE how you said “not trying to outshine” that is the EXACT phrase that I was looking for! Thank you, that is so so true. So glad that you are blessed by this! <3
Hi Nina,
1 Corinthians 12 has a lot to do with what you’re talking about. Saying that we all have specialties. So that way it all fits together to make the bigger picture work better.
Yes! I love that! Also, Philippians 2:3 says it so good: “…in humility count others more significant than yourselves.” Thanks so much for sharing!
Hey WOG /teacher , yes I am sure that just about everyone has felt like this before. I still can feel that way especially if I am around someone that plays better than me. Yell, when I just try too relax and serve it helps me too calm down focus on God when it’s seems like everyone else knows more. I can even confess that I have felt stupid inadequate so then I really ask God to help me because that’s not God ;his spirt is Love of course. Anyway thanks again for being so honest to your audience. Keep up the Good God work.
Ah Anna, thank you so much for sharing that!! Yes, feeling inadequate is such a common thing but we tend to hide it! Thank you so much for coming out, when we confess these things to one another, we are healed (James 5:16) and are ready to move on to greater things!
Yes I feel like we all feel like that, but some are better at hiding it!
